Grab yourself a set of dumbbells and you’re ready to go 😉  Here’s what you’ll do…

4 ROUNDS ????

8 One Leg Deadlift/Upright Row each side
8 One Arm Snatch/Reverse Lunge each side
8 Deadlift/Deadlift Row
10 Weighted Burpees ?

Definitely rest when you need to…you should NOT be able to hammer out this whole thing without a break ? I used 20 pound dumbbells so I TOTALLY took some breaks!!!  If you aren’t having to rest, you should go HEAVIER or pick up the intensity!
