At home workouts are SO helpful right now!!!
I am SO thankful that I have practiced at home workouts for the past decade. Don’t get me wrong, I have LOVED my time at the gym. I have trained clients and taught classes at different facilities for years…but it’s been nice to always be able to do things outside of that environment as well.
Now that we are ALL forced to do workouts outside of the gym setting, hopefully you will find some of these at home workouts helpful!

4 rounds of 10 reps each
- Wide Row/Curl
- Tricep Extensions
- PushUp/Row/Reverse Fly
- Lateral Lunge/Upright Row
These at home workouts are giving me the therapy I have needed during this season.
Look I won’t lie, there was a time I was chasing the image of a rocking 6-pack and looking for validation in my physical progress. When that physical side is completely stripped from you, there a massive change that happens from the inside out.
Sure, I still want to be in great shape and I still Get frustrated when I’m not able to do things I could 2 years ago. I’d be fooling you AND myself if I said otherwise!!!
But I also see 👀 from a different perspective now. I know what my clients with ailments feel like; I know what it feels like to be so frustrated with your physical performance and appearance that you feel all is lost; I know what it feels when your body has failed you; I know what it feels like to breakdown in the middle of a workout 😭.
I also know that some of the BEST therapy is a good sweat session with some weights. Don’t fight what your body limits you on, feed into what you CAN do and what you CAN accomplish 💪🏻 Just move!!
