I created My Think Fit to encourage people to think fit, live fit and be fit. My goal and purpose is to encourage, motivate and inspire you to achieve whatever goals you may have while offering advice, tools, and accountability to help you.

 

 

I'M A WIFE AND MOM

I’m married to the love of my life with 3 amazing kiddos! NOPE, life is FAR from perfect but it’s the perfectly imperfect journey that I wouldn’t trade for anything.  We’ve had trials and battles to fight that would bring your to your knees (they did for us for sure!!) and we know there will always be more on the horizon. BUT with faith and family, I believe we can pretty much conquer anything. 

I’m so grateful for the support and love my family has given me in this crazy dream I have to help change people’s lives!!

I absolutely LOVE getting to train clients one on one AND teach group classes! In the past I have taught group fitness classes, trained hundreds of one on one clients and even owned a bootcamp! There are so many avenues to help people reach their goals and I am thankful to have been able to explore the options and find the best fits for me!  You can learn more and  WORK WITH ME  too!

AND I REALLY LOVE WHAT I DO

My passion in life is to help others achieve their goals and watch them realize their own potential to not only change their lives, but the lives of their families as well.

I’ve been a fitness enthusiast most of my life, but it wasn’t until a I became a mom that I realized how helping others in this area is what I’m meant to do. Who knew that you could make a career out of living a healthy life and doing something you love?

Taking my health and fitness to a new level by researching and implementing new workout methods and top notch nutrition has made all the difference for me and now I get to share what I’ve learned with others to achieve the same.
