I created My Think Fit to encourage people to think fit, live fit and be fit. My goal and purpose is to encourage, motivate and inspire you to achieve whatever goals you may have while offering advice, tools, and accountability to help you.
I’M A WIFE AND A MOM
I’m married to the love of my life with 2 amazing kiddos! With the awesome work schedule I have, I get to stay home part-time with my children and be a part of their school life and spend lots of great time with them. I can’t believe how blessed I am and find myself thanking God OFTEN for placing me with the family I have. I’m so grateful for the support and love my family has given me in this crazy dream I have to help change people’s lives!
I personal train clients and teach Group X classes at a local gym, I own a bootcamp, and I help others along their fitness journey.

My passion in life is to help others achieve their goals and watch them realize their own potential to not only change their lives, but the lives of their families as well.
I’ve been a fitness enthusiast most of my life, but it wasn’t until a few years ago when I realized that helping others in this area is what I’m meant to do. Who knew that you could make a career out of living a healthy life and doing something you love?
Taking my health and fitness to a new level by researching and implementing new workout methods and top notch nutrition has made all the difference for me and now I share what I’ve learned with others to achieve the same.
